A bright, cozy retreat featuring a bold Texas bluebonnets canvas above a rustic wood desk with a royal-blue velvet chair — perfect for a quiet morning coffee or remote work. Queen bed, warm carpet, and bedside lamp. Sleeps 2.

A spacious, boho-inspired master with a queen bed, full sofa chaise, Aztec rug, decorative teepee, and stunning dreamcatcher wall display. Handmade quilt wall art and a nature-painted accent wall create a peaceful, one-of-a-kind sanctuary. Private en-suite. Sleeps 2.

Bathroom 1 (Shared Hall): Full tub/shower combo with a colorful Talavera-inspired curtain, ornate iron-framed mirror, wide vanity with storage, and warm vanity lighting.
Bathroom 2 (Master En-Suite): Double-sink vanity with dual round mirrors, a walk-in tiled shower with glass door, and cactus-themed accents. No waiting — this suite is all yours.

🍳 Kitchen

A full galley kitchen loaded with everything a home cook needs — wall oven, microwave, dishwasher, full-size stainless refrigerator, and dark granite countertops. Wood cabinetry with ample storage, tile backsplash, and that perfect touch of Texas personality (yes, there's a cowboy hat above the sink). Fully stocked with cookware, dishes, and utensils.

🍽 Dining Room

Seats 6 comfortably at a farmhouse-style dark wood table with white shaker chairs. Wagon wheel wall décor, buffalo check drapes, and a wrought-iron chandelier set the scene for a real Texas supper. We've even set the table cowboy style — tin plates, bandana napkins, and a cast-iron skillet centerpiece.

🛋 Living Room

Open to the dining area, the living room features a cozy sectional and recliner, a large flat-screen TV, and Southwestern throw blankets. A Texas star medallion anchors the mantel. Perfect for movie nights or lazy afternoons.

🎯 Game Area

A dedicated game room with a full-size foosball table, electronic dart board (with two sets of darts!), and a Texas flag accent piece on the burnt-orange accent wall. Great for friendly competition at any hour.

🏊 Backyard & Pool

Step outside to your own private oasis: a beautiful in-ground pool with sun shelf and pool floats, a pergola-covered patio with a charcoal grill and outdoor dining, plus raised garden beds along the fence. Fully fenced yard for privacy. Towels provided.

Please note: To give you the best possible experience, our professional management team requires a mandatory Guest Portal to that allows you to access the house. As a part of the booking process you will be given the choice between a damage waiver or a refundable damage deposit hold. You are welcome to choose either option! Whichever is most convenient for you.

PLEASE NOTE:

*** You have full access to the main house, but there is a long-term tenant residing in the adjacent converted garage apartment so you will see and hear their activity from time to time, as they will yours.

1. There is no washer and dryer at this property, as it’s designed for short stays. The owner does provide a laundry service on a case by case basis only and at an additional charge.

2: Prior approval is required if you are planning to host a pool event during your stay and there is an additional charge per person over the max guest limit amount. There is no fence around the pool. The pool is 8 feet deep. The pool is open year round but is not heated so the water temp is never guaranteed. Children must be supervised in the backyard at all times.

3. The 2 car driveway is shared with our long-term tenant. Please do not park on the left side of the driveway. There is limited street parking available, but we ask that you respect our great neighbors and do not park in front of their homes.

4: Dogs are welcome, but at this time there are no grassy areas in the backyard. No other pets are allowed on the property whatsoever and especially NO CATS, as the owner is highly allergic. This will be cause for immediate removal from the property with no refund.

5: This is a very established neighborhood with many elderly residents. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 6 am. No parties allowed and all daytime events require prior approval.

6: There are security cameras on the premises. One facing the driveway/street and side gate entrance, one facing the attached apartment and walkway, one facing the main house front door, and one facing the back gate in the backyard. The camera facing the pool will be covered and deactivated during your stay. There is also an alarm system in the attached apt that will sound if there is any unauthorized access between the main house and the attached apt.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
