Welcome to our colorful 4-bedroom, 2-bath home in Abilene's historic Sayles District! Sleeps 8 with a chef's kitchen, dining for 8, and a fun music-themed guitar room. Relax outside in the backyard with a gazebo, fire pit, patio seating and a basketball hoop. Just minutes from McMurry University, ACU, downtown Abilene, Hendrick Medical Center, and Dyess AFB. Perfect for families, groups, and traveling professionals.
The space
This charming home sits on a large corner lot shaded by mature trees and has been fully updated with bold colors and thoughtful touches throughout. The single-story layout features a bright living room with a fireplace (not in service at this time), reclining leather sofas, and an upright piano, flowing into an open dining area with seating for 8 and a chef's kitchen with a large island, bar seating, and stainless steel appliances. A cozy bonus den with brick floors, a velvet sofa, and a bar-height table offers a quiet spot for morning coffee, games, or working remotely. Each of the four bedrooms has its own personality: a calm retreat with rattan furnishings, our music-themed guitar room, a creative twin bedroom with an art easel for kids, and a dance-inspired room with ballerina artwork. Two full bathrooms each include a tub and shower combo. Outside, the backyard is made for relaxing, with a covered gazebo with outdoor dining, a brick patio with Adirondack chairs and a fire pit table, a green lawn, basketball hoop and plenty of open space for yard games.

Guest access
Guests have the entire home and yard all to themselves during their stay, including all four bedrooms, both bathrooms, the full kitchen, living areas, bonus den, and the fully fenced backyard with the gazebo, patio, and fire pit areas. Plenty of parking available. Check-in is easy with self entry through the front door keypad, so you can arrive on your schedule.

Other things to note
This home is located in a quiet, established residential neighborhood, so we kindly ask guests to respect neighbors and observe quiet hours after 10 PM. No parties or events are permitted. The home is single-story with just a small step at the front entry, making it easy to get around for guests of all ages. Please use the fire pit responsibly and fully extinguish it before going inside, and be aware that West Texas can issue burn bans during dry conditions. The piano is available for guests to enjoy, and we just ask that it be played gently.

*Pet-Friendly Accommodations
We love welcoming well-behaved dogs to this property! Just a few things to know before you book:
• Pet fee: $75 per pet, per reservation (a one-time flat fee, no matter how long you stay)
• Dogs only, please — we're not able to accommodate cats at this property
• Let us know ahead of time: Please mention your pet(s) when you book so we can prepare properly
A Few Guest Responsibilities
• Please keep an eye on your pet and avoid leaving them alone in the property for long stretches
• If your dog will be alone at any point, they'll need to be crated
• Pets should stay off furniture and beds unless we've said otherwise
• We ask that you cover the cost of any damage your pet causes (charged to the card on file)
• Barking that disturbs the neighbors may lead to extra fees or an early checkout, so please help us keep the peace
Pet Waste
We ask that you clean up after your pet promptly — both indoors and in the yard — throughout your stay. Please do one final check before you check out: any pet waste left in the yard, on patios, or anywhere on the property will result in a significant additional cleaning fee charged to the card on file, so we really appreciate a thorough sweep before you go.
A Couple of Important Notes
We're not able to accommodate cats or exotic pets at this property — if one is brought without approval, it will result in a substantial fee in addition to any repair and cleaning costs. Small dogs can be requested and approved case-by-case before check-in, but unfortunately, we can't approve dogs over 100 lbs (this includes Emotional Support Animals).
