We experienced a hiccup at check-in to no fault of B&B Hosting but they truly went above and beyond quickly to make sure everything was top notch. The way they handled this hiccup was exactly as one would hope any company would treat their customers. Sadly, most companies have lost that touch in customer service. Not B&B Hosting! They won a customer for all future bookings when visiting Abilene. We look forward to booking with them time and time again.
